He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Sylvester Barker and Nola Lou Barker (Maguffee); his wife JoAnn "Walker" Barker; his granddaughters, Micah Ann and Malleigh; and his siblings, Rodney Barker, Roy Barker (Anna Lee) and Evelyn Skidmore (Udell).
He is survived by: his daughters, Vickie Barker of Salem, Rebecca Gray (Keith) of Salem and Nikki Turner (Matt) of Salem, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Zach Barker, Jessica Brown, JJ Gray (Caitlyn), Riley Gray, Natalie Gray, Dillon Turner, Katelyn Zilke, Kara Zilke, Jordan Turner and Kamden Turner; his great grandchildren, Kenly Brown, Hadley Brown, Jaxon Gray and Elizabeth Gray; his close friend Maryllen Henry of Salem, Arkansas; his brother Gary Barker (Judy); his sister-in-law Hazel Barker; and his grandson Louis Brandt. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; many other family and friends.
