He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Raymond Nobles and Treva Nobles (Edwards); and his brother Jerry Nobles. He is survived by: his wife Kay Laverna Snodderley of Lanton, Missouri; his sons, Paul Head (Sarah) of Houston and Nolan Head (Katy) of Wichita, Kansas; his grandchildren, Savannah, Deziree, Caleb and Hailey; his sister Janet Damron of Monroe, Georgia; his niece Janalyn Waldroup (Ray) of Monroe, Georgia; and his nephews, Rob Damron of Jefferson and Ron Damron (JeAnna) of Maysville, Georgia.

Memorials may be made to the Wild Horse and Burro Program with the Bureau of Land Management.
