She was predeceased by: her parents, Delbert Booth Shaw and Veron Mae Shaw (Payne); her son Jim Catlin; her granddaughter Louise Catlin; and her siblings, Frances Darnell and James "Buddy" Shaw.
She is survived by: her children, Joe Catlin (Sheila) of O'Fallon, Illinois and Kitty Strickland of Morrilton, Arkansas; her grandchildren, Memory Strickland, Chase Strickland, Jacob Catlin and Valerie Payne; her great grandchildren, Evan Strickland and Bentley Strickland; and her sister Wanda Sawyer of Jonesboro, Arkansas.
Memorials may be made to the Salem First Baptist Church Building Fund.
