He was predeceased by: his father Michael Stephens; his grandparents, Clark Stephens, Audie and Edith McCullough; and his uncles, Bruce Stephens, Stephen McCullough and A. G. McCullough (Willene).
He is survived by: his mother Lisa Denny (Bob) of Salem, Arkansas; his stepmother Donna Stephens of Houston, Texas; his grandmother Gracie Stephens of Salem; his sisters, Summer Stephens (Darell Berry) of West Plains and Ashley Lawson of Las Vegas, Nevada; his nieces and nephews, Kenneth, Shyanna, Rachel, Jace and Bella; his aunt Ophelia McCullough; and his cousin Stephenie. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Barker Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
