He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Halbert and Carolyn Halbert; and his sister Kacky Shields. He is survived by: his sons, Chuck Halbert, Jr. (Helen) of Lexa, Christopher Halbert (Robin) of Hernando, MS, Jeff Halbert (Melissa) of Maumelle and Joseph Halbert of Kentucky; his grandchildren, Emily Halbert, Charles Edward Halbert III, Jake Halbert, Chris Halbert, Katie Halbert, Ella Halbert, Candice Summers, Krissy Halbert, Michael Halbert and Callie Rae Halbert; and his great grandchildren, Andrew, Gabriel, Jaxxson and Slade.
