She was predeceased by: her parents, John Allen and Emma Allen (Brewer); and her daughter Wendy. She is survived by: her husband Anthony O'Neal of Salem, Arkansas; her daughter April Oliver of Salem, Arkansas; her grandchildren, Mallory Oliver of Salem and Wesley Oliver of Salem, Arkansas; and her siblings, George Allen (Ann) of Mobile, Alabama, Peggy Floyd of Mobile, Helen Hartley (Larry) of Satsuma and Bobbie Tanner of Woodlands, Texas.
Memorials may be made to the Fulton County Hospital in Salem, Arkansas.
