He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Hickinbotham and Alma Hickinbotham (Tadlock); and his siblings, Herman Hickinbotham, Glen Hickinbotham, Enid Hickinbotham and Fern Copenhagen (Hickinbotham).
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Hickinbotham (Cooper); his daughters, Debra Hickinbotham of Salem, Trena Hickinbotham of Salem and Karla Nortier (Todd) of Jonesboro, Arkansas; his grandsons, Jeremiah Nortier (Ali), J. T. Nortier (Kalie) and Isaiah Nortier; his great grandchildren, Gia Nortier and J. J. Nortier; and his brother Doil Hickinbotham (Fern) of Thayer, Missouri. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
