She was predeceased by: her parents, James Troy Hellums and Melba Ray Owens Hellums; and her siblings, James Hellums, Albert Hellums and Louise Melton.
She is survived by: her son Joseph Duncan (Kimisue Hipp-Duncan) of Cave City; her brothers, Stevie Hellums (Ann) of Kansas City, Leon Hellums (Bertha) of Melbourne and Rick Hellums (Teresa) of Salem; and her grandchildren, Derek Brandenburg, Keasha Brandenburg, Cassie McLaughlin, Joe Duncan and Autumn Duncan. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
