He was predeceased by: his parent Odis Everett Weaver; his siblings, Norman Weaver and Joyce Ann Weaver; and his grandparents, Farce and Annie Phelps.
He is survived by: his children, Matt Minks (Kaley) of Wallis, Texas and Rachel Cooper (Cole) of Austin, Texas; his grandchildren, Dylan, Luke and Haven; his sister Marilyn Gail Bledsoe of Salem, Arkansas; and his pet Mimi. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
Memorials may be made to the Salem First Baptist Church in Salem, Arkansas.
