She is survived by: her parents, J. W. Blevins and Ashley Dawn Blevins (King); her brother Carter Sloan Blevins; her grandparents, Shane, Renee Thatch of Highland, Arkansas, James and Leah Blevins of Union, Arkansas; her great-grandparents, Karen, Greg Schadler of Pocahontas, Arkansas, Sharon Carter and Barbara Blevins; her aunts and uncles, Briar King, Becky Beth of Ash Flat, Jordon Thatch of Highland, Chantz Thatch of Highland, Abby Bailey and Chance of Gepp, Arkansas; and her cousins, Kenslee and Emery. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
Memorials may be made to the Salem First Baptist Church (Nursery) or to Mrs. Kim's Daycare (Kim Taylor) in Highland, Arkansas.
