He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Paul and Wilma Nadene Horn (Martin); his wife Sharon Horn; his daughter Angela Horn; his siblings, Gene Horn and Donna Faye; and his brother-in-law Buddy Jay Nichols.
He is survived by: his children, Joey Horn of Gainsville, MO, Amanda Armour of Harrison and Teresa Lawrence of Gainsville, MO; his sister June Nichols of Pindall; his sister-in-law Nadine Horn of St. Joe; and his grandchildren, Miles, Ronnie, Blayd, Joseph, Chayanne, Keiden, Phoenix and Maddix. He is also survived by 3 great grandchildren and many other relatives and friends.
