He is survived by: his sister Penny Green; his nieces and nephews, Bobby Kirk, Timothy Harvey, Tiffany Head, Nicholas Head, Christin Green and Alison Green; and his close friend David. He is also survived by great-nieces and great-nephews and extended family.
