We are sad to announce that on November 3, 2021, at the age of 72, Joseph Cowan of Saint Joe, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, J. B. Cowan and Juanita Cowan; and his sister Jo Lynn Cowan. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Linn Cowan of St. Joe; his children, Allan Cowan of Russellville and Alicia Serena; and his niece Karen Johnson. He is also survived by two grandchildren, four great-grandchildren.
