He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald L. Lockhart and Venita W. McCutcheon Lockhart; and his brother Edward David Lockhart. He is survived by: his wife Judith Joyce "J. J."; his sons, Ken Davis (Jeannie) of St. Joe and Neil Davis (Jaimi) of Oak Hills, California; his grandchildren, Jessie Davis, Abigail Davis, Clayton Davis and Taylor Davis; his great grandchildren, Dalton Davis and Emma Grace Davis; his sister Glenda Lockhart of St. Joe; his nephews, Jackie Hensley (Linda) and Jimmy Hensley; his niece Leisha Horton (Rod); and his close friend Leroy Robinson.
