We are sad to announce that on April 26, 2020, at the age of 89, Norris Otto (Saint Charles, Arkansas), born in Ionia, Michigan passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Norris Otto to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Delbert Otto and Verna Otto; his wife Geraldine; and his sister Joyce Otto. He is survived by : his children, Doris Burfield of St. Charles, Chuck Otto of Pahokee, FL, Annie Scroggin of St. Charles and Mark Otto of St. Charles; and his siblings, Harold Otto of Florida and Barbara Cheshire of Jonesboro. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren.
