He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert Otto and Verna Otto; his wife Geraldine; and his sister Joyce Otto. He is survived by: his children, Doris Burfield of St. Charles, Chuck Otto of Pahokee, FL, Annie Scroggin of St. Charles and Mark Otto of St. Charles; and his siblings, Harold Otto of Florida and Barbara Cheshire of Jonesboro. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren.
