He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Lockwood Wortham and Sarah Parmer Wortham. He is survived by: his children, Jason (Tammy Wortham), Seth (Erin Wortham) and Jessica; his son-in-law Tim Shrable of Violet Hill; his brothers, Farris Wortham of Jonesboro and Steve Wortham of Melbourne; and his grandchildren, Madison, Jackson, Grayson Gainey, Paisley, Stran, Magnolia Wortham, Katlyn, Sydney and Sophie Shrable. He is also survived by other relatives and many good friends.
