He was predeceased by: his parents, Bruce L. Allen and Bertha Sanders Allen; his son Vic Allen; and his brother Gary Allen. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca; his son Jeff Allen; his grandchildren, Ben Allen (Haley), Nick Allen and Daniel Allen; and his sisters, Sheila Whitlow (Paul Gene) and Regina Ryan (Terry).
