He is survived by: his wife Linda Crabtree; his daughter Beth; his son-in-law Brad Maxwell; his son Greg; his daughter-in-law Lisa Crabtree; his granddaughters, Jennifer Johnson (Colten), Stacy Durham (Clint) and Rachel Dunbar (Colton); his great grandchildren, Carson Durham, Waylon Durham, Baker Dunbar and Blaire Dunbar; his brother Gary Crabtree (Lynda); and his stepsister Regina Brown (Al). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
