She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Callahan and Zona Callahan; and her husband Floyd Slayden. She is survived by: her children, Rita Drake and Randall Slayden; her sister-in-law Libby Callahan; her grandchildren, Lisha Foust (Shane), Todd Drake and Brian Slayden; her great grandchildren, Heaven Foust and Destyn Drake; her niece Samantha Davis (Heath); and her nephews, Bob and Dan Callahan. She is also survived by 6 Great Nieces & Nephews and 1 Great-Great Nephew.
