He was predeceased by: his parents, Neal McSpadden and Lucille Hollandsworth McSpadden; his sister Gloria Helton; and his grandson Mikell McSpadden, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Dolores Patton McSpadden of Russellville; his children, Becky Smith (Steve) of Russellville and Mike McSpadden (Malinda) of Alma; his grandchildren, Stacy Grobmeyer (Jack), Andrew Smith (Brittany), Matthew McSpadden (Katy) and Mason McSpadden (Kiley); and his caregiver Tammy Lemarr. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
