She was predeceased by: her father Leamon Millsaps. She is survived by: her children, Samuel Fox of Gilbert, Arizona, Winona Fox of Buckeye, Arizona and John Thomas of Appleton; her significant other Jason Matthew Thomas of Appleton; her mother Rita Millsaps; her sister Kimberly Voyles; her close friend Sandy Dollar; her son Tyrel Fox; her brother Jason Millsaps; and her grandsons, Eli and Everett Fox. She is also survived by many other family members and friends.
