She was predeceased by: her former husband Jim Baker. She is survived by: her parents, Tommy Spencer and Delores Spencer; her husband Randy Busbea; her sister Dr. Tena Spencer (Jeff Woods); and her nephew Thomas Spencer.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Russellville Family Funeral (2757 E Parkway Dr, Russellville, AR 72802).
