He was predeceased by: his mother Johnnie Laverne Meadows; and his brothers, David, Eddie and Dennis Meadows. He is survived by: his children, Turner Meadows and Carmen Quain; his wife Carol Meadows; his children, Samantha Meadows of Dover and Matthew Quain of Dover; his sister Linda Jones (John Henry); his sisters-in-law, Brenda Meadows, Marsha Meadows and Velma Meadows; his grandchildren, Dixie Meadows and Mason Meadows; his uncle Robert Turner; his aunt Lily Meadows; and his in-laws, Hershell and Linda Solomon.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Russellville Family Funeral Home (2757 E Parkway Dr, Russellville, AR 72802). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Pollard Cemetery.
