With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rosalee Parsons Price Estep of Russellville, Arkansas, who passed away on January 12, 2024 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Parsons and Ethel Ponder Cooksey; her siblings, Jody Parsons, Earl Parsons, Turl Parsons, Webb Parsons, Bob Parsons and Della Parsons Puryear; her son-in-law Robert Hernandez; and her great great grandchild Harlan James Brown.
She is survived by: her children, Eddie Price (Debbie), JoAnne Manskar (Tom), Debbie Hernandez (Karen McKennon) of Russellville and Scott of Morrilton.
