She was predeceased by: her parents, Hilario Polanco and Avelina Maldonado Polanco; her husband David Casarez; and her siblings, Julio Polanco, Irene Placencio and Anita Torrez.
She is survived by: her daughters, Olga (Mark Klunder) and Carmen (Willy Hoefler); her siblings, Candido Polanco, Mary Jean Lovato, Lorenza Polanco and Lila; and her siblings-in-law, Jimmy Provencio and Ruth Polanco. She is also survived by four grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.
