He is survived by: his wife Lynda Norgaard of Russellville; his children, Kristen Bartlett, Shawn of Sparks, David Norgaard and Christi of Russellville; his grandchildren, J. P. Maestas, Jenni, Joseph Maestas, Chase Norgaard, Hannah, Kelsey Norgaard, Seth, Micah Norgaard and Annalisa; his great grandchildren, Avery Norgaard and Sophie Grace Norgaard; and his brother Gregory Norgaard (Carol Ann).
