He was predeceased by: his parents, Eddie Lee Qualls and Lillie A. Qualls (Penland); and his siblings, Jim Qualls, Mae Qualls, Stella Rankin, Ann Autry and Georgia Chamberlain.
He is survived by: his wife Levada Qualls (Mathis); his children, Bryan (Laura Qualls), Karen (Pat Hilton) and Kathy (Carl Ramsey); his grandchildren, Emily Qualls, Cody Qualls, Josh Hilton (Jenny), Caleb Hilton (Mandy), Jacob Hilton (Kate Gardano) and Kelsey Cowan (Allen); his daughter Keaton Ramsey (Kurston); his great grandchildren, Cooper, Mayci, Blakely, Isabel, Mathis, Lincoln and Everleigh; and his brother Frank Qualls. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and close friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the University of the Ozarks or to First Baptist Church of Clarksville Building Fund.
