He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Jane Titsworth. He is survived by: his father Gerald Titsworth; his wife Amy McClintock Titsworth; his children, Brittany Holt (Richard) and Tyler Titsworth; his grandson Eli "Duck" Holt; his mother-in-law Sandra Miller McClintock; his siblings, Melissa Hankins (Jerry), Beverly Titsworth and Billy Titsworth; and his pets, Sassy and Smokey. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Grace Chapel Church (1206 N Parker Rd, Russellville, AR 72801). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers the family is graciously accepting donations to help with Jerry's services.
