He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Harold Betzold and Jeannette Marie Kapphahn; and his brother Dennis Betzold. He is survived by: his wife Etta "Teddie" Betzold; his sons, James David Betzold of Benton and Edward Scott Anderson of Lubbock, Texas; his grandchildren, Destiny, Michelle, Buddy and Adam; and his siblings, Jean Contreras and Fred Betzold. He is also survived by his family and friends.
