She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh Forbus and Ruby Forbus (Kirby); her husband David Rayburn; and her siblings, Mary Crone and Bob Forbus.
She is survived by: her siblings, Elizabeth Wilkinson of Greenwood and David Forbus of Sardis, Arkansas; her sisters-in-law, Nancy Nelson (Roger) of Russellville and Connie Overstreet (Wayne) of Barling; and her close friends, Bill Kohler, Sandra Bradley, Jane Phillips and Anita Rissler.
