He was predeceased by: his parent Margaret Pernula. He is survived by: his wife Michelle Pernula; his parent Margaret Blair (Thomas); his daughter Tovi Rae Pernula; and his brothers, Matthew Pernula (Tammy), Jeff Harnick and Jamie Blair. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
