We are sad to announce that on March 22, 2024, at the age of 82, Hershel Ray Howard of Russellville, Arkansas, born in Decatur, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Elbert Brown and Vesta Dalene Harrison Howard; his daughter Betty Gail Howard; his sons-in-law, Lyndell Gilbertson and William Chrisman; and his siblings, Mary Dalene Wright and Charles Howard.
He is survived by: his wife Diann Howard (Evans); his children, Diane M. Chrisman, Hershel Ray Howard, Jr. (Jennifer), Tanhan Gilbertson and John Howard (Angie); his grandchildren, Hailey (Scott), Mason, Maddie and Riley; and his sister Deborah Seyfreid. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Marine Corps.
