In loving memory of George Reed Sr. of Russellville, Arkansas, who departed this world on January 19, 2025 at the age of 87. George leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Deward Ladell Reed and Alma Snyder Reed; his son George Alex Reed, Jr.; and his siblings, Robert Reed, James Reed, Irene Kelley, Linda Jane Schoop, Connie Sue Polk and Mary Virginia Reed.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda Reed; his children, Charles Reed of Centerton, AR. and Lisa Reed of Russellville, AR.; his daughter-in-law Holly Reed of Conway, AR.; his grandchildren, Megan Reed, Jacob Reed (Emily), Braden Reed, Emma Reed and Hannah Reed; and his sister Grace Reed of Heber Springs. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the West Side Church of Christ (2300 W C St, Russellville, AR 72802). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
