It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of George Poole of Russellville, Arkansas, who passed away on December 27, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Coleman Poole and Leone Marr Poole; and his sister Doris Mason. He is survived by: his wife Linda Hawkins; his sons, Chris Poole (Toni) of Tallahassee, FL and Greg Poole (Sara) of Harrison, AR; his grandchildren, Michael Poole (Chelsea), Shawn Poole (Kelly), Jordan Poole, Joshua Poole (Morgan), Brooke Poole (Katie) and Taylor Poole; his great grandchildren, Riley Poole, Grayson Poole and Hadley Poole; his nephews, Gene and Philip Mason; and his niece Laura Mason.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Family Funeral Service (100 W Searcy St, Heber Springs, AR 72543). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Children's Hospital (Little Rock) or Cleburne Country Historical Society, PO Box 794, Heber Springs, AR 72543 in George's memory.
