She was predeceased by: her parents, Americas Lee Morgan and Stellar Hughes; her husband Jesse Ralph Barefield; her son Ralph Lee Barefield; and her brother Leeroy Morgan.
She is survived by: her children, Linda McCurley and Jesse Barefield; her daughter-in-law Trista Cochran; and her grandchildren, Gabriel Barefield, Lucian Barefield, Sarah Lancaster (Michael), Johnny Ray Barefield and Amanda Colbert (Harley). She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, December 3rd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Woodlawn Memorial Park (4211 State Line Rd, Fort Smith, AR 72916).
