He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin Hart and Pearl Etta Gray Cheek; and his brothers, Freddy Allen Hart, John F. Hart and Paul Douglas Hart.
He is survived by: his daughter Frances Keith (George); his sisters, Linda Atterberry, Effie Polinsky and Sheila Jacobs; his grandchildren, Wesley Stewart, Elizabeth Porter and Abigail Palmer; and his great grandchildren, Aiden, Avery, Grayson, Brayden, Lily and Aaliyah.
