It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elmer Duel Jackson of Russellville, Arkansas, born in London, Arkansas, who passed away on January 5, 2024, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Jackson and Nettie Kinslow Jackson; his wife Nita Carolyn Jackson; and his siblings, J. E., Clarence Eugene, Robert, Earl P., Melvin, Joe, Leon and Mary Elizabeth Rogers.
He is survived by: his daughters, Karen Milam of Ft. Smith, Terri (Gary Pitts) of Lavaca and Melody (Charles Massey) of Russellville; and his brother Claude Jackson (Frances). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren.
