He was predeceased by: his parents, Merle Hartley and Edith Carey Hartley. He is survived by: his wife Lee Ann Killip Hartley of Russellville, AR; his children, Rachel (Rick Hardester) and Clinton (Shaye Hartley); his grandchildren, Emily Hyatt, Brooklyn Corcoran, Kyle Fisher and Taylor Hardester Bandala; his great grandchild Olivia Hyatt; his sister Monica Fitzgerald of Rancho Cucamonga, CA; his half-sisters, Pam VanFleet and Laura Brehm; and his aunt Rose Albright.
