He was predeceased by : his mother Elizabeth Wilson Hill; and his brother Bruce Hill. He is survived by : his wife Carol Hill; his children, Randy Vantine (Tracy), Randall Hill of Georgia, Cindy Jones (Bruce), Richard Hill of California and Rusti Wilbanks (Allen); and his grandchildren, Tyler Vantine, Kristin Foster, Christian Hill, Samantha Sims, Thomas Weaver, Christopher Weaver, Landon Mahan, Miller Mahan and Kai Mahan. He is also survived by several great grandchildren; five sisters and a brother.
