Billy Ray Asher age 67 of Russellville passed away Sunday, September 12, 2021 at his home. He was born March 21, 1954 in Monroe, Louisiana to the late Ray Asher and Bertha Boyd Asher. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Jerry Asher.

Survivors include his wife of 28 years, Janis Asher of Russellville, AR; four children, Julia (Danny) Kaempfer of Glen Allen, MO, Kimberely Watkins of Patton, MO, James Asher of Cahokia, IL, Stacey (Vanessa) Asher of Jeneca, PA; stepchildren, Jason March of Russellville, AR, Amanda (Mike) Wallach of Swansea, IL; two sisters, Ronda Harrison of Jacksonville, FL, Shelly (Tim) Warden of MS; one brother, Terry (Tara) Asher of Belleville, IL; sister-in-law, Connnie Asher of Russellville, AR; dear brother-in-law, uncle; cousins; twenty grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
