She is survived by: her children, Robbie Shockley, Carolyn of Buttermilk, James Shockley, Debora of Russellville, Elizabeth Jo Shockley of Dover, Mark Shockley and Tanna of Atkins; her grandchildren, Christie Enos, Tony, Zach Foshee, Hayden Shockley, Brendalyn, Patsy Shockley and James Shockley, Jr.; and her brother Charley Casto (Anna Lou). She is also survived by four step children; as well as several other family and friends.
