She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Page and Johnie May Grace Page; her son Gary Moudy; and her brother Dr. Bill Page. She is survived by: her children, John Moudy (Peggy Lloyd), Michael (Jeannie Moudy), Kathy (Bill Chivers) and Patrick (Dianna Moudy). She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
