She was predeceased by: her father Howard D. Kempson; her husband Arvie Lynn Hamrick; and her son Kevin Smith. She is survived by: her brother Doug Kempson Sr. (Lavada); her niece LeAnn Cooprider; her nephew Vaughan D. Kempson Jr.; her stepsons, Mike Hamrick (Sue) and Jeff Hamrick; her grandson Corey Hamrick; and her friends, Brenda Kempson Whitehurst and Sue Hamrick McClain. She is also survived by many great nieces, great nephews, and extended family and friends.
