He was predeceased by: his father Lemuel R Smith. He is survived by: his mother Ramona Hamrick of Russell; his uncle Doug Kempson; his aunts, Lavada Kempson, Brenda Whitehurst and Sue McCLain; and his friend Freddy Shaw. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and other family and friends.
