He is survived by: his mother Janice Schulist; his wife Miho Schulist; his father Daniel Schulist; his children, Jessica Green, Jesse Schulist, Fallon Glenn, Mateo Schulist, Cody Schulist, Addison Schulist and Branden Schulist; and his siblings, Janet Willie, Diane Chapman, Reagan Fernandez and Nicholas Schulsit.
