He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Elizabeth Roetzel; his brother Carlton; and his former wife Linda Ramsey Roetzel. He is survived by: his wife Betty Roetzel (Womack); his children, Lana VanWinkle (Doug), Mike Roetzel (Alanna) and Dusti Stephens (Jeremy); his grandchildren, Hunter Roetzel, Blake VanWinkle and Tayler Rampy (Ellis); his great grandchild Grant Woods Rampy; and his nephew Stephen Roetzel.
