She is survived by: her husband David Perryman of Rudy; her sons, Jeff Self and Tommy Perryman; and her grandchildren, Kristi Inge, Ashley Stepp, Kevin Self, Cody Perryman, Britney Jensen, Shelby Tuck, Kyle Perryman, Cierra Rainwater and Harley Perryman.
