We are sad to announce that on November 3, 2021, at the age of 74, Richard Blackaby of Rudy, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lacey Garvin and Bernice Louise Blackaby (Small). He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Blackaby; his children, Summer Barnes of Van Buren and Matthew Blackaby of Rudy; and his sister Patricia Wiggs of Long Mont. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
