She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Guth, and Rita Guth, Jr. (Gearin); her husband Stephen McCormick; and her son Stephen McCormick II. She is survived by: her sons, Shannon, Shawn, Shane and Lonnie McCormick; and her siblings, Carol Berkbill, Mae Wheery, Pat Renaud, Nancy Lambert, Darlene Carey, Jack, Danny, Edward and Rod Guth. She is also survived by twenty-four grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
