He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill and Agnes; and his stepfather Amos. He is survived by: his significant other Velma Kremers Kramer; his sons, David Parrish (Monica), Ruston Blake Kramer (Stephanie) and Phillip Kramer; his brothers, Bobby Kramer (Mary Kay) and Billy Kramer; his brothers-in-law, Kenny Kremers and Paul Kremers; and his grandchildren, Brian Parrish, Lauren Kramer, Mitchel Mechtenberg and Harrison Kramer. He is also survived by two great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
